All deliveries are made at each school on a specific date as determined and announced by each school. You must pick up your pack(s) at school  only on the announced dates. Please contact us for further assistance.

No changes and/or returns allowed for articles delivered correctly as ordered.

All changes or returns for articles delivered incorrectly must be communicated through our Customer Service page. Order number must be indicated. Damaged articles will not be accepted.

A customer service representative will be in contact upon receipt of your communication. To save time and possible unnecessary costs, please do not mail your purchase back without first submitting an online return request for assistance.
